<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor arrangement which uses a blushless DC motor and surely starts even with a power source in which a voltage pulsates much. <P>SOLUTION: An output voltage of an alternater 3 is smoothed by a diode 71 and a capacitor 72, and is supplied to a three-phase inverter 75 that drives a brushless DC motor 4 of sensorless system. A control circuit 74 which outputs a switching control signal to the three-phase inverter 75 is applied with a DC voltage stabilized by a regulator 73.
