<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a D-class amplifier realized without using a high breakdown voltage process. <P>SOLUTION: A modulation circuit PCM in an integrated circuit IC1 to which standard power source VD1 (5V, for example) is supplied PWM-modulates an input signal SIN and outputs a pulse signal SP1. The pulse signal SP1 is given to a potential shift circuit SFT through an invertor IVA, is level-converted into a pulse signal where high power source VB (50V, for example) is set to be reference, and is given to an integrated circuit IC2 operated by standard power source VD2 (5V, for example) where high power source VB is set to be reference. The integrated circuit IC2 drives a power MOS transistor TP. The pulse signal SP1 is given to a power MOS transistor TN through an invertor IVB and an AND gate circuit ANN. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
