PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic charge image developing toner that has superior buildup of electrification during toner replenishment, is free from scumming, and attains highly durable developer. SOLUTION: The electrostatic charge image developing toner contains, as an electrostatic charge control agent, a crystalline low molecular compound in which volume resistivity is always nearly constant.
