PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an output circuit which detects the disconnection of an electric wire or short circuit to the ground potential without providing a detection circuit. SOLUTION: The output circuit is provided with a first differential amplifier 26, a first load resistance 30, a first transistor TR 5, a second TR 6, and a limiter means, and the limiter means is constituted of at least a second differential amplifier 27 which has one input end connected to an output terminal 32 and has the other input end connected to a second reference voltage setting means 38, a second load resistance 31 for the second differential amplifier 27, and a third TR which has the gate connected to an output end of the second differential amplifier 27 and has the source connected to the gate of the second TR.
