PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To firmly reinforce horizontal members and columns in a region where a wall is formed. SOLUTION: A large number of columns (3) are erectly arranged between the horizontal members (2 and 4) vertically opposed to each other at predetermined intervals, a fitting frame composed of L-shaped square frames opposed to each other is formed in approximately the whole area in the longitudinal direction of the vertically opposing horizontal members (2 and 4) in the region forming the wall and on each opposite side of the columns, assembling cores assembled in a rectangle by piling up a plurality of pairs of arrangement plates (7 and 8) in a cross-shape each other by arranging the plates (7a and 8a) in a line at a predetermined pitch are provided and, at the same time, they are fixed to the horizontal members (2 and 4) and the columns (3).
