PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension type slide rail equipped with an inner movable part for suspending a load such as a door, and having high durability by uniting an inner member and a ball retainer, and inserting a rolling body such as a ball to the inner member. SOLUTION: In this slide rail, the inner movable part 10 is composed of the rectangular solid inner member 20 having upper/lower two grooves 22 and 24 recessed on both side surfaces for guiding a ball bearing, a guiding part 30 arranged on the front/rear both ends and recessing a circular arc-shaped groove 32 for guiding the balls to the lower groove from the upper groove by changing by 180 degrees, a plurality of balls and a rectangular plate having a lower part bent inside the inner member.
