PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a working scaffold and carry out execution efficiently in slope reinforcing work close to a rail track while a train service is stopped. SOLUTION: Trucks 5, 13 and 14 running on the rail track 2 carry at least a boring machine 7 and an equipment 8 for high lift work within an limit of railroad vehicle during running. The trucks 5, 13 and 14 load machine equipment for executing the reinforcement of the slope including the boring machine 7 and the equipment 8 for high lift work which are arranged in sequence from the front in the advancing direction of the trucks 5, 13 and 14. The trucks 5, 13, and 14 arrive at a slope reinforcing site, and then start/stop repeatedly to carry out boring and grout injection by the boring machine 7 and the insertion of reinforcing steel and processing steel heads by the equipment 8 for high lift work in sequence for the slope reinforcing work.
