PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction finishing material excellent in a basic function such as strength, workability, weather resistance or the like while having a superior appearance design as the finishing material for a construction and being easily manufactured. SOLUTION: In the finishing material 10 built at a place exposed on the external surface of a building, the finishing material has a foundation 12 composed of a resin and constituting a section not exposed to the external surface and a surface 14 composed of an MMA resin containing a degloss of 2 to 20 mass % and arranged to the section exposed on the external surface, and the foundation 12 and the surface 14 are formed integrally by co-extrusion molding.
