PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lift device capable of lifting two types of articles different from each other in weight in a similar way. SOLUTION: The lift device is provided with a horizontal plate-like first mounting body 61 on which a small article W1 can be mounted, a second mounting body 62 which is formed in to a frame state and on which a large article W2 can be mounted, a lift mechanism 63 for lifting the first mounting body 61, and a connection mechanism 64 for connecting the second mounting body 62 to the first counting body 61 so that the connection can be released. When releasing their connection, only the counting body 61 is lifted by the lift mechanism 63, and when connecting them, the second mounting body 62 is lifted together with the first mounting body 61 following the lifting of the first mounting body 61.
