PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve cleanliness, dimensional stability and machinability. SOLUTION: A roll-shaped laminated film has at least an organic insulation film and an adhesive layer. The roll-shaped laminated film has a table and a rotary shaft, and the rotary shaft is fixed to the spindle of a single axis winding device installed on the table independently and nearly perpendicularly. The roll-shaped laminated film is manufactured in such a way that the winding of a roll is relaxed by rotating the rotary shaft in the direction opposite to the winding direction of the roll shaped laminated film and making the winding diameter of the roll-shaped laminated film large.
