PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress defective sealing and improve degrees of design freedom of a dash panel and other platelike members. SOLUTION: A grommet 30 is composed of a cylindrical seal part 31 on through hole side adhering closely to a through hole part 12 of the dash panel 10, a cylindrical seal part 32 on structural body side adhering closely to packing 24 of an air conditioning case 21, and a connection part 33 connecting both seal parts 31 and 32 and having a bellows shape. Consequently, since inclination of the air conditioning case 21 and unevenness of a position in the direction of a through hole 11 can be absorbed by the connection part 33, pressing force of each seal part 31, 32 is made uniform, and defective sealing of both seal parts 31, 32 is suppressed. Moreover, since unevenness of a position of the air conditioning case 21 in the direction parallel with the dash panel 10 can be absorbed by the connection part 33, it is unnecessary to design large through hole part 12 as in a conventional case, and a degree of design freedom of the dash panel 10 is improved.
