PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an infrared sensor for detecting dew condensation on front windowpane. SOLUTION: This infrared sensor 71 is provided with a heat connection member 110 connecting a case body of a sensor body 71a with an internal wall of the front window glass thermally. The heat connection member 110 is formed into a cup shape by a heat conduction material and is provided with an opening part 111 on a bottom wall. The sensor body 71a has a base on which a square sensor element detecting infrared rays is mounted and a cup-shaped case body arranged to cover the sensor element. The sensor element is constituted by arranging 32 cells outputting electric signals corresponding to amount of incident infrared rays like matrix of four rows and eight columns. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
