PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension device for a vehicle, enabling an automobile user to change a scope of vehicle height for which simple adjustment is allowed, and preventing the scope of vehicle height adjustment allowed for the user from being changed even if the vehicle height is set to any height. SOLUTION: A male screw part 170c is provided at the outer periphery on a side lower than a central part in the longitudinal direction of a shock absorber main body 170b. A position of the shock absorber main body 170b is fixed by a mounting member 60 in which a female screw part 66 screw-fitted in the male screw part 170c is provided. This suspension device for the vehicle is constituted in such a way that relative positional relation of the mounting member 60 and the shock absorber main body 170b is changed by moving the shock absorber main body 170b vertically for the mounting member 60 by turning the screw parts to change the scope of height allowing adjustment of vehicle height.
