PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reuse a surface sheet material of a seat as a rotational recycled product. SOLUTION: The collected waste vehicle seat is divided into the surface sheet material and a cushion material, and the surface sheet material is finely ground and reproduced as a core material of a vehicle seat.
