GRANULATION METHOD AND EQUIPMENT BY SPRAY DRYING AND DEVICE

PURPOSE: To provide a granulation method by spray drying capable of contributing to space-saving of the equipment and high quality and high purity of a product, and equipment therefor. CONSTITUTION: The spray drying chamber is constituted of a bag-like or a cylindrical porous film having heat-resistance and a good peeling off property. At the time of spray drying, a solid particle dispersion solution is sprayed into the spraying drying and a solvent is removed from the solid particle dispersion solution by hot air and is dried. A dried discharge gas part of fine particle gas containing fine particles in which the dried solid particles coagulate is passed through the porous film constituting the spraying drying chamber. Thereby, the whole amount of the fine particles can be obtained in the spraying drying chamber. At the time of spraying granulation, the internal pressure is controlled so as to be approximately 0 to a negative pressure in the state that a volume of the spraying drying chamber is maintained and the fine particle gas is rotated in the spraying drying chamber. Thereby, the fine particles having a predetermined particle diameter can be granulated.
