PURPOSE: Provided is a composition comprising grape-juice which effectively scavenges free radicals in the plasma, thereby excellently reducing the quantity of free radicals in plasma. CONSTITUTION: A composition for scavenging free radicals in the plasma is characterized by containing, as an active ingredient, grape juice which has effective scavenging effect on free radicals in plasma. Therefore, the composition is useful in drug and food industries.
