Cosmetic and/or dermatological composition (X) contains 25-75wt.% cleaning component (A) and 25-75wt.% component (B) that contains at least one oil-soluble compound (I) and at least one oil-soluble surfactant (II). (A) and (B) are contained in separate compartments of a package and, in use, (a) they are delivered simultaneously through a common opening and are mixed before delivery, or they are discharged from the opening in the form of a strip, or (b) they are delivered through separate openings.
