A grommet of resilient synthetic plastics material has a skirt with an outward flare 39 to bear against one face of an apertured support in which the grommet is to be mounted and a shoulder 33 to engage behind the lip of the aperture at the opposite face. There are slits 36 in the grommet wall and a part-annular rib 38 in its bore 34 to be pressed into clamping engagement with a cable passed through the bore. |
