A device and a method for easily manufacturing liquid matter having stable minute air-bubbles of generally 10 mum or less in diameter provided as products or intermediate products useful for wide ranges of industrial technologies, life technologies, and safe technologies, the device wherein basically the combined treatment of magnetization, pressure fluctuation at high frequencies, shearing, and cavitation is performed for gas-liquid mixture, and gas and liquid forming the liquid matter is properly selected to produce various types of useful products. |
