The method involves bringing the electrical components (2) in thermal extraction contact with a metal film (5) with a corrugated and/or honeycomb structure. The metal film is brought into contact with a cooling body (4). The metal film itself can function as the cooling body. Independent claims are also included for the following: (a) a mobile radio device with heat radiating electrical components in heat extraction contact with metal films (b) and the use of a corrugated and/or honeycomb metal film for heat extraction.
