A composition comprising (A) a cosmetic and/or dermatological component (10-90) wt.% and (B) a component containing a compound generating heat on contact with water (90-10) wt.% has the components stored in separate chambers of a single package. A composition comprising (A) a cosmetic and/or dermatological component (10-90) wt.% and (B) a component containing a compound generating heat on contact with water (90-10) wt.% has the components stored in separate chambers of a single package, removal being either: (1) simultaneously through a single opening with both mixed either before the opening or as a strip-form combination product from the opening; or (2) through two separate openings.
