摘要 PURPOSE: A semiconductor memory device for minimizing constant current in a write operation is provided to minimize the constant current applied to a cell array by turning off word lines after a process for writing data in the cell array. CONSTITUTION: A semiconductor memory device for minimizing constant current in a write operation includes a cell array, a write circuit, and a constant current control circuit. The cell array(200) is used for storing data. The write circuit(300) is used for writing data in the cell. The constant current control circuit(100) turns off word lines of the cell after a process for writing the data in the cell array in order to minimize the constant current applied to the cell. The constant current control circuit includes a first NAND circuit, a delay circuit, a second NAND circuit, a third NAND circuit, and a first inverter.
