HEAT EXCHANGE UNIT FOR HEAT EXCHANGER

PURPOSE: A heat exchange unit of a heat exchanger is provided to improve heat exchange efficiency by keeping fluid uniform through a tube with mounting narrow fins around the inlet of a header and wide fins far from the inlet. CONSTITUTION: A heat exchanger is composed of a couple of headers(1,3) guiding fluid; a tube(2) mounted between the headers to guide fluid from one header to the other header; and fins(110) mounted between tubes and contacted to the tubes to exchange heat between external air and fluid. Narrow fins(112) are installed near an inlet flowing fluid in, and wide fins(111) are mounted far from the inlet. The gap of the bent portion of the narrow fin is narrow, and the gap of the bent portion of the wide fin is wide. The narrow fins are formed in the tube containing gas of fluid, and the wide fins are formed in the tube containing liquid of fluid. Heat exchange efficiency is improved by distributing liquid and vapor evenly through the tube.
