PURPOSE: An air circulation apparatus of a helmet for a motorcycle is provided to transmit air injected from the outside equally over a head of a wearer and to exhaust air naturally. CONSTITUTION: An air circulation apparatus of a helmet for a motorcycle includes an air inlet portion(100) and an air outlet portion(200). The air inlet portion comprises an inlet member(110) a first passage(114) and a first exhausting portion(120). The inlet member is formed to a front portion of a body(A) of the helmet. Air inlets(112) are formed to right and left sides of the inlet member. The first passage is combined to the inlet member. The first exhausting portion is formed to a lower portion of the body of the helmet. The air outlet portions are arranged to an external top portion of the body of the helmet to exhaust air. A wide width inlet(210) is formed to an entrance side and a narrow width outlet is formed to an outlet. A communicating hole(230) is formed to a middle portion between the wide width inlet and the narrow width outlet to be combined to the inside of the body of the helmet. Therefore, a head of a wearer is refreshed by transmitting air equally over the head and exhausting air outside.
