<p>Therapeutic compositions for repairing chondropathy which contain as the active ingredient a phosphodiesterase (PDE) 4 inhibitor having an effect of inhibiting PDE4. In particular, medicinal compositions containing the PDE4 inhibitor and a biocompatible and biodegradable polymer which exert an excellent effect of repairing cartilage when processed into dosage forms adequate for topical administration to sites suffering from chondropathy, for example, microspherical preparations.</p> |
