PURPOSE: To provide a power supply apparatus that can efficiently be subjected to parameter setting work to bring efficiency to the parameter setting work. CONSTITUTION: At least part of both sides of a cover 14 is almost in contact with a case 2 in a state of covering a panel 12 having a plurality of controllers to set characteristics of a power supply circuit. The cover 14 at its contact part is fitted to the case freely turnably around an axial line nearly perpendicular to both the sides. A plurality of round holes 26 are formed at a circumference around the axial line of the case 2 and the round holes 26 are formed in such a way that each of projections 22 can be intruded to each of the holes 26.
