Sheet securing device, especially for poster hoarding, uses hook and loop fastener tapes to secure sheet to underlay

Cooperating hook and loop fastener tapes (15, 16) are used to secure the sheet (1) to the underlay (3). The sheet is secured to the underlay by one or more connecting parts (9) which are secured to the sheet and underlay by fasteners (10, 11), either directly or indirectly. The connecting parts allow a restricted amount of relative movement between the sheet and underlay. An Independent claim is also included for a hoarding with posters or placards secured to an endless belt using the sheet securing device.
