PURPOSE: A distribution device is provided to manufacture with low cost due to not have a check valve in which a dispenser orifice comprised of an elastomer. CONSTITUTION: The dispensing device comprises a first part(30) intended to be fixed on a container(10) and a second part(40) able to rotate relative to the first part between a product dispensing position and a closed position. In the dispensing position, the product discharges through the dispensing orifice(90) formed between two surfaces belonging to the two parts.
