DRY GAS HOLDER FOR COMPENSATING LEVEL OF SEAL OIL

PURPOSE: A dry gas holder for compensating the seal oil level is provided to prevent gas from blowing off by accurately detecting the seal oil level with automatically compensating the oil level according to atmospheric temperature difference, and to operate the gas holder stably by protecting equipments with restricting overflow of seal oil. CONSTITUTION: An oil level compensation method according to temperature of oil protects surrounding equipments around the upper part of a piston by restricting blow-off of gas and overflow in a gas chamber of a gas holder. A resistance thermometer(111) detects oil temperature by the resistance, and converts and amplifies the oil temperature into a current signal. Amplified current signals are transmitted to an oil temperature compensation unit. A stainless bellows tube(113) is filled with oil and sealed, and deposited in seal oil. Pressure is applied to pressure detection bellows(114) according to the seal oil level. A pressure transmitter(112) detects pressure of seal oil based on atmospheric pressure. The oil level is calculated with specific gravity and pressure of seal oil, and the actual oil level is calculated with the temperature compensation coefficient.
