PURPOSE:To obtain comfortable and healthy lavatory using environment by setting a temperature difference between the exterior of a lavatory and the lavatory to a set value or less. CONSTITUTION:The room temperature setter 22 of lavatory air conditioner control means 12 sets an indoor heating temperature to a temperature difference or less between the detected temperature from temperature detecting means 13 in the lavatory and the detected temperature from temperature detecting means 18 of an outdoor controller 17. Then, when the operating switch 23 of the means 12 is closed so that an air conditioner is operated, a temperature signal is input from the means 18 to an outdoor transmitter 19, and oscillated from an antenna 20. The oscillated radio wave is received by an antenna 15, and sent from an air conditioner side transceiver 14 to a control unit 21. The signal from the means 18 and the signal from the means 13 are input to the signal processor 29 of the unit 21, operated, and judged with a set signal value by a comparison deciding unit 30. The judged result is sent to a driver 25, and the operation of the conditioner is controlled.
