PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information presentation system which provides the information relating to destinations reflecting the experiences and tastes of all of the people acting together. SOLUTION: The information on the destinations, routes, etc., respectively visited by respective users is sent at suitable timing from navigation units 20 and portable terminals 24, by which the information is accumulated as histories by each of the users into a data memory section 54 for the histories, such as visiting places, of a service center 22. When vehicle crew members make a request for route provision to the service center 22, identification ID codes of all of the vehicle crew members are sent to the navigation units 20 and the service center 22 is instructed to retrieve the roads optimum for the vehicle crew members as the routes up to the destinations in accordance with the data on the histories of the visiting places of all of the vehicle crew members. The results of the retrieval are sent from the service center 22 to the navigation units 20 and the vehicle crew members are provided with the results of the retrieval from a video output sections 44 of the navigation units 20. |
