PURPOSE: A system for providing a voice information service in real time during a busy state, using voice recognition, and a method therefor are provided to simultaneously offer voice information including music, song, news, poem recitation, and stock information to bidirectional client terminals during the busy state by retrieving voice information requested by a corresponding client in real time, using voice and association signals received from the bidirectional client terminals. CONSTITUTION: A web server(310) judges whether the first and second clients connected through a communication network are members, stores and manages member association information according to the judgement, and additionally stores and manages changed and deleted information of the first and second clients authenticated as the members. A voice information service providing/managing server(320) recognizes a voice of the first client according to a voice information request from the first client who speaks with the second client, and analyzes recognized voice. The voice information service providing/managing server(320) retrieves and processes voice information requested from the first client terminal(100), and simultaneously provides a service including requested voice information to the first and second client terminals(100,100n). A database management server(330) manages a plurality of databases which store information added and changed according to the provision of the first and second client classified voice information service.
