PURPOSE: An integral type air conditioner is provided to simplify the whole structure thereof. CONSTITUTION: A base pan(50) forms a bottom and has indoor side components and outdoor side components place thereon. An air guide(110) partitions the indoor side and the outdoor side and guides air flow on the indoor side. A flowing guide part(111) is formed on the air guide to be biased to one side and to guide indoor side air flow. A heat insulating space(112) is formed on one side of the flowing guide part to cut off heat exchange between air in the flowing guide part and outdoor air. A concave part(118) is formed on a rear side of the air guide, which is an outdoor side of the heat insulating space to be concave inwardly so as to widen an outdoor side space for easy installation of the outdoor side components. An indoor side fan(150) is installed in the flowing guide part and has relatively small width between a front side and a rear side thereof so that width between a front side and a rear side of the flowing guide part is relatively reduced to widen an indoor side space. A discharge guide(130) is detachably placed on an upper end of the air guide so that an indoor heat exchanger is conveniently installed to the air guide.
