PURPOSE: A system and method for managing sale information containing a CM(Commercial Message) is provided to supply the CM including points to users when registering or deleting the sale information. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a wire/wireless telephone(25), a user terminal(20), and a sale information management server(30). The wire/wireless and user terminal are connected with the sale information management server through the network(10). The sale information management server enables the user to register and delete the sale information containing the CM by the request of the registration and deletion. When the user registers or deletes the sale information, the sale information management server offers the fixed points to the user and exchanges the accumulated points to cash as requested.
