PURPOSE: A noise reducing device of a reciprocating compressor is provided to reduce noise from bubbling in mixing lubricant with gas and collision of a lubricant casing in increasing discharge flow rate of lubricant by high pressure gas by separating lubricant from compressed gas with forming a gas discharge passage in a lubricant supply passage. CONSTITUTION: A noise reducing device of a reciprocating compressor comprises a frame unit(120) elastically installed in a casing(110); a motor fixed to the frame unit to linearly reciprocate; a compression unit(140) sucking, compressing and discharging fluid with linearly reciprocating a piston(142) in a cylinder(141); a lubricant supply unit(160) having a lubricant pumping unit combined with the frame unit to pump lubricant from the casing with vibrating, and a lubricant supply passage connected to the lubricant pumping unit to feed lubricant to the cylinder and the piston and recover lubricant to the casing; and a gas discharge unit(170) formed in the frame unit to discharge gas out of the compression unit by separating lubricant from compressed gas between the cylinder and the piston.
