PROCESS FOR PRODUCING OF HYDROCARBON BASED FUEL FOR CEMENT INDUSTRY AND POWER STATION AND THE FUEL

Certain hydrocarbon based, waste material containing fuel mixtures find use in the cement industry and/or in power generation. (a) Cement industry fuel is prepared by mixing 40-60 wt.% oily waste material with 60-40 wt.% rough surfaced waste material, that also contains in oxide terms 55-85 wt.% SiO 2and 4-25 wt.% Fe 2O 3. A maximum 10 wt.% of cellulose containing plant waste (calculated on the rough surfaced industrial waste) may also be added. The mixture is homogenized and milled to a particle size less than 20 mm, alternatively; (b) a cement industry or power generating station fuel is prepared by mixing 30-40 wt.% oily waste with 60-70 wt.% rough-surfaced, low ash content, combustible carrier and optionally 10 wt.% cellulose based plant waste (calculated on the total wt. of mixture b). The mixture is homogenized and comminuted to less than 20 mm size for the cement industry and to a maximum of 50 mm size for power stations.
