Said roasting device roasts on grates chops, chickens, beefsteaks, souvlakis etc, without the human supervision. It is characterized in that the grates, which are adapted to the framework 1, are capable of simultaneously performing intermittent composite movements (rotary motion in relationship to the shaft and linear in height).
