The invention provides a low-cost circuit, which generates signals for all electric power parameters by digital processing of analogue input signals. The circuit according to the invention provides an original method of digital processing of input signals. It allows the application of simple sigma-delta modulators of the first order. According to the invention, the calculation of the effective value of the input signal is carried out in such a way that the input signal is multiplied by its nominal value. The product of the specified multiplication is accurate across the whole dynamic area 1 : 1000 already by using input sigma-delta modulators of the first order.
