<p>Subject of the submitted invention is the procedure and device for reducing friction between wheel and rails, thus solving the technical problem of lubricating the rails in order to reduce the friction between the rail itself and the rail wheel. The advantages of the procedure and device according to the invention are in particular a small and highly effective consumption of lubricant, controlled adjustable dosage of quantity, almost the complete environment-friendly device is made from aluminium thus distributing very small quantities of biologically degradable medium on specifically selected locations, contactless operation, negligible maintenance cost since the refill cycles are up to 10 times longer, which means regionalisation of labour. In this case the 24 V DC power supply is provided via a rectifier from the 220 V mains or batteries, while the recharging of batteries can also be provided via solar cells, wind operated generator or fuel cells.</p> |
