FIELD: biotechnology. SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with obtaining complex plant protein due to extracting plant raw material followed by deposition of protein substances, washing and drying of target product. As plant raw material one should apply three-component mixture obtained due to mixing the flour of Amaranthus, wheat and soybean seeds by taking into account protein content and its output at extraction at the following mixture content of: Amaranthus protein 34.6%, wheat protein 15.7%, soybean protein 49.7%. The present innovation enables to obtain the product balanced by essential amino acids. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 tbl |
