A pharmaceutical composition comprising a phenylacetylglutamine compound of formula (I) and a phenylacetylisoglutamine compound of formula (III), useful in the treatment of neoplastic disease, including cancer, wherein R2 is selected from substituted phenyl or naphthyl and the remaining substituents are defined herein.
