Jumper of magnetic material with hole which diameter is equal to diameter of emission hole in second cathode is made between wall containing emission hole of second cathode and expanding cup of second magnetic pole. ^ EFFECT: reduced penetrating magnetic field in expanding cup, which enables plasma boundary of ion selection to be formed with minimal distortion and brightness of ion beam to be raised in the long raised. ^ 1 dwg |
