PURPOSE: Provided is a dermatologic composition for relieving skin adverse reaction induced by skin irritant and sensitizer. It contains only fructose-1,6-diphosphate or together with glucocorticoid to inhibit histamine release and provide anti-oxidation effect on skin cells. CONSTITUTION: A dermatologic composition for relieving skin adverse reaction induced by skin irritant and sensitizer is characterized by containing fructose-1,6-diphosphate or its salt in the amount of 0.00001-10 wt.%. It further contains glucocorticoid.
