METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SYRUP WHICH CONTAINS MEDICINAL HERB

PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing syrup which contains medicinal herbs including Houttuynia Cordata, Elsholtzia ciliata, Saururus Chinesis(Lour) Bail, Carthamus tinctorius and Broussonetia papyrifera (L. ) Vent., and increases blood circulation, digestion and the like. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing syrup containing medicinal herbs comprises the steps of: washing and pulverizing Houttuynia Cordata, Elsholtzia ciliata, Saururus Chinesis(Lour) Bail, Carthamus tinctorius and Broussonetia papyrifera (L. ) Vent.; mixing them in a mixing ratio of 3.5:2.5:2.0:0.8:1.2; double-boiling the mixture at 100-120 deg.c for 24 hours to give a mixed extract; mixing the extract with honey syrup in a mixing ratio of 10:1 and double-boiling the mixture at 100-120 deg.C for 5 hours; and cooling the mixture at normal temperature.
