PURPOSE: A heat exchanger for a condensing boiler is provided to reduce heat leaking from the heat exchanger and to improve the efficiency of heating water. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of heat exchange pipes(150) are horizontally arranged in a latent heat exchanger(100), and are coupled to fixed plates. A plurality of heat exchange pipes(450) are horizontally arranged in a sensible heat exchanger(400). The heat exchange pipes in the latent heat exchanger are arranged perpendicular to the heat exchange pipes in the sensible heat exchanger.
