FIELD: petrochemical processes. SUBSTANCE: paraffin hydrocarbons are dehydrogenated in fluidized bed of powder-like alumino-chromium catalyst circulating within reactor-regenerator circuit. Process comprises: preparation of mixture from forward and recycle streams of paraffin hydrocarbons; vaporization of the mixture; heating resulting vapors at the expense of contact gas heat and overheating them in furnace followed by routing them to hydrogenation; cooling contact gas in exhaust-heat boiler at the expense of water condensate vaporization and in water-irrigation scrubber; compressing cooled contact gas; condensation and rectification-mediated isolation of paraffin and olefin hydrocarbon fractions from hydrocarbon condensate utilizing heat of water steam escaping exhaust-heat boilers. In addition, contact gas temperature is further lowered to 125-180 C by cooling contact gas with water condensate on heat-exchange apparatuses installed after exhaust-heat boiler. Once obtained, hot water condensate is conveyed to feed exhaust-heat boiler and, when low-parameter water steam is obtained, it is fed on heaters of rectification columns. Cooled gas is fed into irrigation scrubber. EFFECT: lowered raw material and catalyst losses and reduced power consumption. 3 cl, 1 dwg, 10 ex |
