FIELD: materials handling. SUBSTANCE: proposed method in aimed at limiting volume of loose powder material by placing it into reservoir and rotating bladed member dipped in loose material relative to axis of its rotation. Said rotating member is made in form of disk on which great number of blades spaced over circumference with provision on inner and outer ends in each blade. Surface of contact with loose powder material is arranged tangentially relative to direction of rotation. Each blade is beveled from 15o to 60o relative to axis of rotation.
