FIELD: pharmaceutical industry. SUBSTANCE: sodium chloride, potassium chloride, and sodium acetate are dissolved in injection water at 60-80 C, pH solution is adjusted to 6.8-7.2 using 1M or 2M aqueous hydrochloric acid solution. Resulting solution is sterilized for 20 min at 120-122 C, filtered through membrane filter with pore diameter 0.2-0.22 mcm under pressure 0.2 MPa.
