The device has a tubular-shaped support with a flow channel (2). The channel is blocked by a valve plate (3) which is coupled to relative movement of an inner sleeve and an outer sleeve. The plate is lifted from its valve seat against a spring force engaging at the inner and at the outer sleeve. The plate is mounted at a free end of the support and axial connecting units are arranged next to an edge of the valve plate.
