The elastic hinge comprises a first barrel (1) integral with the front part (2) of the frame which is articulated by means of a screw (3) to a second barrel (4) connected to an arm (5) by an elastic spring device (6). The spring pushes a front part (12) of the arm against cams (20) integral with the first barrel and determines two stop positions for the arm. The elastic device comprises a rod (24) the front part of which constitutes the second barrel and a spring (26) located in a rod cavity (25). The rod and the spring are introduced through a rear opening (16) in a housing (11) against the walls of which the spring is supported by its rear face (27) to push the housing in the direction of the first barrel. A non-return device (30) designed to retain the rod in the housing when the two barrels are separated and comprises a notched tongue (32) engaging with a housing notch (33) and a cap (35) closing the housing rear opening (16).
